Atmospheric Methane Destruction Dirigible

The climate situation, having been observed with the Methane problem then being a serious condition. Carbon dioxide acts as a trigger system for the release of Methane as the thawing of frozen Northern tundra occurs.

The sequencing in the cascade climate advents has then been underestimated in the time span with the public not really being fully prepared to deal with the situation.

The following design system is a high altitude Atmospheric Methane processing system using Ultraviolet light to decompose the Methane into CO2 ( Carbon Dioxide ), and H ( Hydrogen).

The design the cylindrical with a lamp core illuminate by high lumen arc lamps producing extreme levels of Uv light.  The system is radio controlled and will be able to remain aloft indefinitely due to the implementation of fuel less high density high voltage heating the internal space of the hot air balloon.

The system also contains a flight fault recovery system in the advent of balloon damage. The "end cap centers the are ejection covers concealing a helium balloon, used if the main balloon has become to damaged preventing the system from crashing. The internal frame of the dirigible then float able ie... float foam filled hollow cavitation to float the balloon and all system's components contained within the atmospheric processing system should it water crash ( the recovery mooring allows for flight craft to then extract the vehicle from the water).

The doughnut shape hot air balloons then mounted to the rigid frame via tie strapping and inflated to adequate hot air temperature to keep the system aloft. The fuel less power plant then listed at

The power plant will then be the sum of two independent system with  "crossing" circuit ie.. to have redundancy in case of component failure.

The "outer" hull cover ( cheese cloth - may be multiple layers to then cause the resistance level required to prevent hail damage to the balloon's bladders). The cheese cloth then redundant hull and heated within the cavitation between the  "hulls". This prevents external hull icing.

Components are the same upon both sides of the "Mirror" line with the exception of the flight direction elevators and rudders.

The "on -board" Amine ( CO2 ) stripper will cause the product of decomposed Methane - then being CO2 to then be converted to C and O2 with the carbon caused to granule and eject. The O2 gas then the emitted at high altitude will for increased levels of Ozone repairing the upper atmospheric radiation shielding.

The "Amine" system then also redundant within the design with "re-route" capacity should one of the two system encounter system fault. The exhaust of the lamp core then as a multi port exhaust manifold with 12 exhaust port about the circumference of the ring balloon. The Amine system, then pulling high CO2 concentration from the lamp core and converting it to O2 and C. The exhaust manifold  "air duct" then of light weight flexible tubing rated for it's duty cycle and thermal operating range.

Within the "lamp chamber", number 13, is a ceramic lined "tube" (lamp chamber length and diameter) held in place by the dirigible structural frame of carbon graphite + epoxy. The ceramic liner is connected to the dirigible structural "frame", to then withstand the lumen Uv level as ceramic is more resilient to the Uv light.  The ceramic "tube" in the lamp chamber has it's own heating system (redundant electric resistors) due to the high altitude.
