Tire Modification...
Currently we have a massive waste disposal problem with used tires....and apparently many traffic accidents due to tire malfunction.... Proposal...Take the used tires and shred then in a conglomerate composite and use the material for "Solid Tires" so that it then reduces traffic accidents due to blow outs and allows for the waste disposal problem to be corrected...
In addition to the composite fill material an addition to the tire design to prevent tread separation ...a perpendicular ( to the steel belts within the tire ) weave of carbon graphite fiber weave or a high tensile strength nylon weave will then prevent the steel belted cords from coming off the tire.
