The following design system is a low cost storm safe housing design. The design may be earth covered to then cause the correct weight for high storm advent also water sealed if left exposed to the elements. The Bambu (Bamboo), then acts as an insulator while providing an attachment surface for concrete "thin shell" concrete cover.
