Illuminated Street Signs

 
The Illuminated Street sing design is intended to cause better visibility of the street signs at night , at twilight , at dawn and also in poor visibility conditions such as rain or fog...
The design surface of the sign is then translucent yet opaque... also allowing for the face of the sign to then have reflection capacity as well should the self sustained "draft cycle" generator then fail  allowing for  fixed illumination by reflection to occur.

The advanced design is then illuminated by lights to cause a back lit effect illuminating the sign in the traditional colors for the signs application as required by the rules. The advanced street signs may also then incorporate a panel display screen to then allow for different messages upon the sign like a computer display screen... ie. may then change the message displayed  ... a green glow "go" street light....
